What is the minimum order for custom boxes?
If you are ordering custom boxes for the first time, we recommend that you order a minimum of 100. This is because the cost per box is higher when the quantity ordered is less. How do I get started?
Send us your artwork in an editable format such as AI, EPS, or PSD with a minimum 300 dpi resolution. Your artwork can be quickly laid out by our in-house design team, which is available to work on it at no cost to you (Once the order is secured). The layouts will be completed and sent to you for approval when they are ready..
Can I get expedite order before 10 business days?
Yes, expedited services are available at an added cost with 6 to 8 business days delivery.
What file type you require for printing?
We require artwork files in ai, eps, psd or, pdf format with min resolution of 300dpi.
What is your standard delivery time?
Our ETA is 8 to 10 business days to print and another 2 to 3 regular days for ground shipping, after the final approval on your artwork.
Can I order the same box with multiple versions of the artwork?
Yes, that can be done as per your requirements, A change in the printing required new printing plates to be created.
How do I make sure how the product will look like once produced?
Typically, we create digital proofs with 2D and 3D views for approval, which clarifies exactly how the box will look after it is created and assembled. Additionally, for large orders, we provide an actual package to ensure that everything is printed correctly.
What form do the boxes shipped?
All boxes are shipped flat (pre-glued). Just pop up and boxes are ready to use.
